I am a 25 yr old  single mother of a little girl who is 8 yrs old.  I came here to this site cuz I do need help.  I have been gone away from whre I live which is Phoenix, AZ for nine months now and I was gone attending school in Boston where my father lives.  While I was away my daughter was left in the care of her father cuz she goes to school and we both agreed that her staying here would be in her best interest.  The agreement that we both had was to send her to me on the christmas holiday for a week and mind you this would've been the first time she would've met any of my family.  Instead of following the agreement that we had, he denied me the visitation and my holiday and the rest of my time there was ruined by the fact that i couldnt see my daughter.  Now I am home and I have graduated with a degree in medical assisting.  Our court date is on the 20th of june and that is when the hearing is going to commence. 

The reason that I am sharing all this information is only because when the date of the hearing is here i want to take someone with me who knows the law.  I know my rights have been infringed on and I, as well as my daughter have been treated unfairly but there is no way for me to stand on my own in court and bring up the proper things to get justice.  My  ex was caught with cocaine and a D.U.I while i was away and i know if the judge only knew that there is no way he would give hm custody.  I need help in the form of a lawyer.  I cant find anyone who wants to help.  I have limited funds and so it is hard to find cheap help.  But this is sooooo unjust.  My ex will get away with all of this only cuz he has a good job and a car and an apt. is that fair? no.  I know there is two sides to each story but I have proof that I havent done anything to deserve her to be taken from me and not only that, but  I am her mother and if you ask her she will tell you where she wants to be and it is not with him.  How does this happen? how can a mother go on when there is no where for her to turn and no one to help her?  He has his mother who is helping him finacially as well as with the courts.  I have no family in this state and no one who knows what to do.  This is my final plee to gain justice within a system that i have been brutally forced into.  Im unsure of what I am officially asking for but i guess I can sum it up like this................

Anyone who knows the law and or has a connection with someone who is willing to wait for payment please contact me.  This case is crucial and I need help.  My daughter needs your help.  If I can prove him an unfit father than like he is then I will be able to provide a life for her that she deserves.  No fighting parents or alciholics or drug useres in her life.  Just her and I.  Thank you for listening to me ramble about my life and the problems it consists of.  thank you for your help as well.
